Infants receive individual care and attention.  Their physical needs are monitored carefully, and their daily schedule is planned to coincide with their home schedule, specifically regarding sleeping and eating patterns.

• The baby room usually consists of one morning to afternoon teacher and an afternoon to evening teacher.
• There is a 1 to 6 ratio between teachers and babies.
• Teachers and staff have had background checks.
• Staff must complete 10 hours of in-service training every year and they are required to keep a current CPR and First Aid certificate.
